When placing an order online, a user profile will be created for which will serve as consent to and acceptance of our T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
You may select as many products as you would like, and the total thereof will be calculated for you at the check-out/payment stage of the ordering process. You are permitted to add or remove any items you do not wish to have included in your cart at any point before payment. Simply select the item you wish to add or remove and move on to the next stage.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices will include tax, where this is required by specific country legislation. We will notify you as soon as we can if any items ordered are not available.
• Delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday up to 1pm.
• Cut off times for orders are 12pm of the previous day e.g if an order is received after 12pm on Monday it will be delivered on Thursday

Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will give you a call and offer to replace it with a product of equal or greater value. Should we not be able to offer a suitable replacement and payment has been made we will refund you for any products not delivered using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Harare. Any shipments outside of Harare are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Days
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order on the next delivery day from the date of your order. Please note we do not ship on holidays and we do not facilitate same day deliveries under any circumstance.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Please leave any relevant details or requests there.
Upon delivery of your order a delivery note/invoice will be issued for signature, reflecting the items that are being delivered, Value-Added Tax and the amount paid.
You should always check that the items being delivered are correct and are free from any defects. Should the packaging be damaged and you accept the order without fully inspecting the items you should add a note on the supplier invoice (copy) stipulating that the packaging was damaged, or items were not inspected. Where there is an issue with the items detected after acceptance of the order, you should notify us without delay in order for us to be aware of any issues with the items and in order for arrangements to be made for the items to be returned and refunded or exchanged. There are no delivery charges within Harare. We deliver free!
6. Returns Policy
We accept returns and facilitate exchanges of any items ordered only once you have duly notified us by e-mail or telephone on the same day as delivery. Although reasonable care shall be taken, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery details that have been provided to us, or if an unauthorised person at your chosen delivery address accepts delivery of your order as we do not verify the identity of the person at the delivery address who signs the delivery note.
Please review your order and corresponding receipt carefully and if any changes need to be made, email hello@charotabrands.com immediately. When placing your order, please enter your delivery address (and notes) carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email hello@charotabrands.com immediately for correction. Should your address change, please update it prior to the invoice date either via your account or by writing to hello@charotabrands.com. If your order needs to be left at a specific location in your building, please be sure to add this to the driver ‘s notes section at checkout or email us to update the address.
